Returns and exchanges
We want you to be super happy with your online purchase so if the shoes are not right for you then send them back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price (subject to the following conditions).
To be eligible for a refund the returned items must be:
- Unworn and unmarked
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt showing they were purchased online within the last 30 days
When your return is received in store, our Team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund and send you an email to let you know that the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. The refund will be credited back to the same credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that you paid from.
If the return is found to be ineligible for a refund, you will be advised by email and need to make arrangements to collect the item.
If you would prefer to exchange your purchase for another stock item then you will have to claim the refund and start another purchase or bring the item to one of our stores and it can be exchanged on the spot (the same conditions apply as above).
Returns for change of mind – INSTORE PURCHASES
When you buy shoes in one of our stores, we urge you to try them on to check the size and fit to make sure it’s the right shoe for you before you make the purchase. However, if buyer’s remorse sets in when you get them home, then you can bring them back to us within 7 days and we’ll exchange them for something you like better or provide a store credit you can use at another time. To return shoes for exchange they must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and you must supply your receipt as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on discounted or sale items so please choose carefully.
Refunds are not available for change of mind on instore purchases. The value of the exchange will be the original purchase price as per your receipt. If the price of the exchange shoes is more or less than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference or accept a store credit as change.
Returns for manufacturing fault
In the event of a manufacturing fault being discovered, please contact us via email with a photo of the fault or bring the item into one of our stores. Proof of purchase will be requested, and the item may need to be inspected by the manufacturers agent before a refund can be approved. If the fault is deemed to be unrepairable, you will be refunded to the original payment method for the total cost of the transaction (including initial and subsequent postage costs).
Minor faults may be sent for repair at our discretion and the item returned to you at no additional cost.
Faults on items that have had significant use will not be accepted as faulty; if this is found to be the case, you will be advised by email and need to make arrangements to collect the item.
